Lane 1: U937; Lane 2: Raji cell lysate probed with PIK3R1 (9B3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52219M) at 1:1000 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by a conjugated secondary antibody.

$MCF7 cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% normal goat serum in PBS, and stained with PIK3R1 (9B3) Monoclonal Antibody (bsm-52219M) at 1:200 in blocking solution. Slides were incubated overnight at 4\u00b0C followed by FITC conjugated secondary antibody inclubation and DAPI staining of the nucleus.$
