Online Ordering

Our website offers secure transactions for online orders. We highly recommend that customers order online to receive the fastest service. Major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA are accepted as payment for orders placed online. For detailed instructions, please view below:

  • Locate the product you wish to purchase by browsing through our online product catalog or by using our convenient product search feature.
  • Once you've found a product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart.
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout."
  • At this point, you can modify the quantity to be purchased for any product in your cart, choose to remove products from the cart altogether, and/or continue to shop for additional products.
  • For Purchase Orders, please put your Purchase Order Number in the box located in the lower left hand corner.
  • The option to checkout as a guest or register with us will appear. We recommend setting up an account with us so that you can keep your order history, monitor your order status, and enjoy "one-click" reordering.
  • Enter your shipping, billing and payment information. Bioss respects your right to privacy and will not share customer information, such as payment information or billing, shipping and e-mail addresses submitted online, with any third party.

    **Antibody and Life Science Products can only be delivered to companies, universities, and proper institutions. We do not deliver these products to home addresses.**
  • Review and place your order.
  • You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
  • Once the item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped from our international headquarters in Massachusetts, United States. We do NOT ship domestic orders on Fridays. Please know that we reserve the right to select the best packaging and shipping method in order to insure proper stability of the product and allow efficient order tracking.

-In-stock items: 1-2 days
-Out-of-stock Unconjugated Antibodies: 2-3 weeks
-Out-of-stock Conjugated Antibodies: 3-4 weeks
-Out-of-stock ELISA Kits: 2-3 weeks

Shipping charges vary by state and are added directly to your invoice.

-Rush order shipping is available for  domestic orders on in-stock items Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The order will be sent on the same day the rush order shipping is confirmed.
-Only applicable for orders placed and confirmed before 12 PM EST.
-A $25 rush-order shipping charge will be applied to your invoice.

To place a rush order:
1. Place an order online or submit a purchase order before 12 PM EST 
2. Email orders@biossusa.com or reach out via chat to request rush order shipping
3. Await confirmation email for rush order shipping 

Bioss products are stable when shipped on ice. Please store our products under the conditions indicated on the product datasheet upon arrival.
