$TM4 cells(black) were incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with TNF Antibody\uff08bs-2941R\uff09 at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2% BSA in PBS. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green) and isotype control (orange).$

Cells were then stained with TNF Antibody\uff08bs-2941R\uff09 at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2% BSA in PBS. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green) and isotype control (orange).

Lane 1: Rat Cerebrum lysates probed with TNF Receptor I Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2941R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.

THP-1 cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10min at room temperature,permeabilized with 0.1%PBST for 20 min at room temperature, and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with TNF Receptor I Polyclonal Antibody(bs-2941R)at 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).

Background	Receptor for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Contributes to the induction of non-cytocidal TNF effects including anti-viral state and activation of the acid sphingomyelinase.
