Product Information | Roxadustat (808118-40-3) is a pan-prolyl hydroxylase domain (PHD) inhibitor (IC50 for PHD2 = 591 nM)1 that stabilizes hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) leading to erythropoiesis.
