Rat Liver lysates probed with OIT3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-19567R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C.

Background	OIT3 contains one EGF-like domain and one ZP domain. It may be involved in hepatocellular function and development. OIT3 is liver-specific and is expressed only in the hepatocytes; down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and HCC cell lines. There are two named isoforms.
