| Description | OG-L002 is a highly potent and specific inhibitor of Lysine Specific Demethylase-1 (LSD1). It inhibits LSD1 in biochemical assay with an IC50 ~20 nM, and has moderate inhibitory activity against monoamine oxidases MAO-A and MAO-B with IC50 ~1.38 µM and 0.72µM respectively. It potently repressed herpes simplex virus (HSV) IE gene expression, genome replication, and reactivation from latency. OG-L002 suppressed primary lytic infection of HSV in vivo in a mouse model. |
