$MCF-7 cells were labeled with BrdU (10\u03bcM) and stained with mouse monoclonal antibody against BrdU with dilution at 1:100 and 1:50. 2nd antibody without primary antibody was used as control included here. Fluorescent signals were detected with both 1:100 and 1:50 primary antibody dilution in both MCF-7 it shows nucleus staining. Scale bar= 20 \u03bcm.$
