Lane 1: human colon carcinoma Lane 2: rat kidney lysates probed with Anti CD34 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2038R) at 1:200 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in RT. Predicted band 39kD. Observed band size: 39kD.

$25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with CD34 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (bs-2038R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4\u00b0C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.$
